Spring inspired window display at Galeria Kaufhof in Berlin. I love the backdrop of oversized sewing notions and the teal and tangerine color fabric schemes.

Damn, drama. Why are you so awesome? You are starting to invade my dreams. Why can’t it be Monday already?

Apparently there’s an optimal time for everything including sleeping and waking. Sleep Timing calculates the right length of sleep in order for you to wake up right at the top of your sleep cycle. As for me, I need to sleep at 11:15 p.m. every night to wake up feeling great at 7 am everyday.

The #1 reason why I’m looking forward to Mondays these days? That’s when my favorite k-drama comedy crack of the moment History of the Salaryman/ 샐러리맨 초한지 airs! Tomorrow I look forward to reading Dramabean’s episode summary and review of Episode 15. I hope Grandpa Jin doesn’t die and Yoo Bang finally falls for our adorable heroine Yeo-chi.
Besides being utterly funny, quirky, suspenseful and full of heart, the strength of this drama lies in its clever character portrayal and development. I know a drama is really good when I wish the lead characters are real persons in actual life.

Louise L. Hay, one of the inspirational women in the planet highlights the importance of doing mirror work. Each morning, look at the mirror and firmly look at yourself in the eye and say, “I love you, I really, really love you.” It’s amazing how the path to transforming the world and ourselves begins with self-love.
Each experience is a stepping-stone in life, including any so-called “mistakes.” Love yourself for all your mistakes. They have been very valuable to you. They have taught you many things. It is the way you learn. Be willing to stop punishing yourself for your mistakes. Love yourself for your willingness to learn and grow.

Currently tuning in to Davidji’s Winter Feast for the Soul- 40 days of free guided meditations. Today is Day 29- Peace is the Way.
Do you want peace or do you want to be right? Being right may be important for the moment but peace is more important in the infinite.
